Felician Village announces Lynn Paulson, a nurse at Felician Village, as their Service Excellence Star Award winner for the month of December. Lynn’s nomination: “Lynn has personal contact with all her residents each day. She assures their needs are met. Lynn treats family members with the same respect she shows her residents. I know Mom is receiving wonderful care when Lynn is supervising the CNA’s.” In conjunction with Felician Village’s Service Excellence initiative and Resident Firstsm philosophy, the selection is based on the employee’s conduct. Each month co-workers, residents, family members, and visitors are encouraged to nominate an employee to be considered for the Service Excellence Star Award. The award subcommittee reviews the completed nomination forms monthly and a winner is selected.
