Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels
Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels has issued a snow emergency for the city. In an email release, the Mayor said that the emergency status will be in effect throughout the evening hours tonight due to the snowfall. He said “There shall be no parking on any city street between 12:00midnight and 6:00am overnight tonight.
