Manitowoc County to Conduct Community Health Needs Assessment

The Manitowoc County Health Department will begin conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment effective February 1^st. Management Decisions is the research firm that will be conducting a telephone survey of randomly selected residents, and they will be making calls all through the month until they have reached 400 people. The telephone survey will supplement a prior survey conducted in 2016 to provide updated data and the ability to analyze changes or trends since then. Mary Halada, Health Officer at the Manitowoc County Health Department is encouraging anyone that receives such a call to participate, saying “If you are among those who receive a phone call, please take the time to answer the survey questions. It will take about 18 minutes of your time, but it will be enormously helpful.”
