Ashwaubenon Man Dies From Injuries Sustained In Car Crash

A 46-year-old Ashwaubenon man had died as the result of injuries sustained in a single Vehicle accident last Friday in Manitowoc County. Coroner Curtis Green says Kevin Landsinger died yesterday (Monday) at a Green Bay hospital from multiple blunt force injuries to his neck and head. Manitowoc County Sheriff Deputy Inspector Jason Orth says deputies and EMS personnel were dispatched last Friday afternoon to I-43 north of Reifs Mills Road In the Town of Kossuth for a single vehicle crash. A preliminary investigation indicates Landsinger was travelling southbound on I-43 when his vehicle left the road crossed Over the northbound lane and struck a tree. He was transported via ambulance to Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay where he died. A passenger—19- year-old Olivia Landsinger also from Ashwaubenon was transported to Aurora BayCare for treatment Of non-life- threatening injuries. Both occupants were wearing seatbelts and airbags did deploy. Alcohol or drugs are not suspected to be factors in the accident.
