There are a pair of meetings scheduled for this evening in the City of Manitowoc, both taking place in the Council Chambers in City Hall. The Committee of the Whole will start the night off with a 6:00 PM gathering, where they will enter a closed session to discuss the proposed development Agreement with Webster Family Holdings, who is doing business as Red Line Plastics. Then at 6:30, the Common Council will hold their monthly meeting. The public will be allotted some time to voice their input, before each of the Committees deliver their reports.
