Dane County authorities are looking for a 40-year-old Madison man who allegedly removed his G-P-S tracking bracelet last weekend. Shannon Owen is serving 60 days for possession of cocaine. He was also enrolled in the county alternative monitoring program which allows him to serve his time outside the Dane County Jail. Owen removed the tracking device Saturday at about 5:30 P-M. Deputies think somebody picked him up from the Grand Stay Hotel in Madison.
