No Additional Charges For Man Who Was Involved In 2017 Fatal Accident

After a Dodge County jury found a man not guilty of being impaired during a fatal crash, investigators have decided no additional criminal charges should be filed.  Troy Kelm avoided a follow-up trial with the not guilty verdict.  Kelm had been accused of driving drunk when he swerved to avoid hitting several cars near a crash scene.  Thirty-seven-year-old Kayla Davis was fatally injured when she was hit by his truck in August 2017.  Her family says there was no justice for her.
