An Eau Claire man will avoid spending six months in prison if he stays sober and doesn’t get into trouble for two years. Josiah Emberson has admitted resisting arrest and ramming a squad car during an incident last year. Police say they spotted Emberson slumped over the steering wheel of a car which was running and in gear. When he woke up, he tried to drive away. Officers say they had to use a Taser and pepper spray to take him into custody.
