After deliberating late into Tuesday night, a Dane County Circuit Court jury returned Wednesday to convict a 60-year-old man of first-degree intentional homicide. Daniel Lieske was accused of shooting a Sun Prairie man five times, then hiding his body in a storage unit in Rio. Lieske had entered a guilty plea to a charge of hiding Jesse Faber’s corpse but pleaded not guilty to the homicide charge. Fifty-two-year-old Meichelle Goss will be sentenced in April for helping him hid Faber’s body.
