Franklin Man Charge After Remains Found In East Troy

A business owner from Franklin was criminally charged this morning (Tuesday) in connection with the human remains found in a burn pit in East Troy last week. Matthew Neumann is charged with one count of first-degree reckless homicide and hiding a corpse. The charges are related to an arson investigation in Milwaukee that led to a report of two missing persons. The Franklin Police Department, which is leading the investigation, says the names of the victims are still being confirmed.
