Wisconsin battled back from 19 down in the second half only to lose 64-60 at 19nd-ranked Maryland. Nate Reuvers had 18 points to lead the Badgers, who have lost four of five to fall to 11-and-6. Three other players scored double digits in the failed comeback attempts. Coach Greg Gard said the last 20 minutes were very good, however the first 20 minutes really hut them.
Gard also praised Ruvers.
The coach is confident his team will figure out their inconsistency issues.
