There is a pair of meetings this evening in the City of Manitowoc. The Public Utilities Commission will start the night off in the MPU Conference Room at 4:00 PM. They will be discussing several items, including the Logistics Affiliation Pilot Program, and the approval of their Technical Safeguard Policy. The Public Safety Committee will convene at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall as well. After the public is given some time to voice their comments, the committee will go over a couple of ordinance changes, and Sex Offender Residency appeals for Jonas Ellwart and David Pfeifer.
