A Green Bay man is dead following a crash on 1-41 Northbound near Oneida Street in Green Bay Friday afternoon. According to Brown County Sheriff’s Reports, Jesse Hettmann was tending to a stalled vehicle at around 1:30 PM in the northbound lanes of I-41, when a passing vehicle struck him. Hettmann died at the scene, with no other injuries reported. Hettmann was on the scene as a tow truck driver, and was attempting to attach the vehicle to the tow truck. No charges have been filed at this time, and alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been factors in the incident.
