A Walworth County man is under arrest in connection with the deaths of two bodies found in a burn pit in East Troy. Franklin police say a 43-year-old local business owner was taken into custody Thursday on suspicion of first-degree intentional homicide. Officers say the arrest is related to an arson investigation by Milwaukee police that resulted in the report of two missing persons. Evidence led detectives to a farmhouse the suspect had leased for hunting. Authorities are working to identify the remains from the burn pit. Charges are pending against the suspect in multiple jurisdictions.
