Dane County DA: Officers Used Justifiable Force On Shooter

District Attorney Ismael Ozanne says two Middleton police officers and two Dane County deputies were justified in using deadly force on a mass shooter last September.  W-T-S Paradigm employee Anthony Tong was shot to death after opening fire on his co-workers at a Middleton office.  Mental problems in his past kept Tong from buying a weapon legally, but the gun he used was put together from spare parts from a kit.  He wounded four people before he was killed.
