The city of Two Rivers will start the New Year with a pair of meetings this evening. First up is the Public Works Committee, who will gather in the 3rd floor Committee Room in City Hall at 4:45 PM. They will be receiving updates on several projects that are taking place, including the partial resurfacing of the Mariner Trail. Then, at 6:00 PM, the City Council will convene in the Council Chambers. They will be entering a closed session to discuss possible city assistance to economic development projects, a potential property purchase, and to see the results of a recent environmental testing activity on and near city owned property.
