Fond du Lac Man Sentenced in Pedestrian Death Case

A 52 year old Fond du Lac man has been found responsible for the death of a pedestrian in November of 2017, and will be spending a minimum of 4 months in jail. Jeffrey Koenigs died from his injuries after he was struck by 52 year old Peter Anderson. Anderson was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, but he was initially facing a much more serious charge of intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. However blood tests came back showing that he was just under the legal limit. The full sentence has Anderson siting in jail for 12 months, with 3 years of supervision.
