The suspect accused of killing a Sun Prairie man and hiding his body pleaded guilty today (Wednesday) to one of the charges. Sixty-year-old Daniel Lieske was charged with first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse in the death of 21-year-old Jesse Faber. Prosecutors said Lieske shot Faber five times and hid his body in Rio, about 30 miles from where he was last seen in Marshall. Lieske pleaded guilty to hiding a corpse. Prosecutors say a trial is scheduled for January 7th for his first-degree intentional homicide charge. Once the trial is over, Lieske will be sentenced based on his guilty plea and the outcome of the trial.
