Wisconsin Trooper:  Women Had 3 Children In Car While Using Pot

A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper says a 21-year-old woman and her mother were smoking pot with three children in their car when they were pulled over last week.  The trooper made the traffic stop because the tint in the vehicle’s windows was too dar.  The 21-year-old Washburn woman was booked into jail on suspicion of driving under the influence with children as passengers and drug possession.  Her name hasn’t been released.
