A 40-year-old DeForest man is charged with operating while intoxicated, fifth offense, after a traffic stop. Michael T. Sellnow was pulled over Monday afternoon in the Town of Burke. A Dane County sheriff’s deputy says Sellnow refused to take a breathalyzer test, so he got a search warrant and a blood sample was taken at a hospital. The deputy says Sellnow was driving on the wrong side, he had an open container in the vehicle and was driving on an expired operator’s license.
