Bail has been set for the three men involved in the December 10th shooting incident in Green Bay. 25 year old Ricardo Torres, his cousin 27 year old Richard Torres, and 26 year old Andrew Flor each had their bond set at a half a million dollars as they await their trail. The incident took place at an apartment complex in the 1800 block of Western Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene to find a 23 year old victim with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was taken to a local hospital. The victim did survive, but lifesaving surgery was needed. Ricardo is believed to have been the one that physically pulled the trigger, but Richard and Flor are believed to have been heavily involved in the incident as well. The trio is due back in court next Friday.
