The Manitowoc woman that is awaiting trial for the murder of her stepfather will be doing her waiting in jail, as she was bound over for trial. The courts have found that 24-year-old Felicia Kuehnl is competent enough to stand trial for the murder. Kuehnl was arrested on April 20th after her mother called police, claiming that she had gone to their home and shot 49-year-old Randy Loze killing him. Kuehnl led police on a short car chase before being apprehended. While Kuehnl admitted to committing the crime, she also was recorded saying “I should have shot myself” and “I should be dead”. Kuehnl entered a not guilty plea by reason of mental defect of disease.
