The new Holla restaurant in Manitowoc officially opened its door on December 13th. Located at 603 York Street, Holla is currently open from 4:00-8:00 PM Tuesday-Thursdays and 4:00-9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Branding themselves as “local fare, global flair,” Holla fills a gap missing in the Manitowoc restaurant scene. Many ingredients will be sourced from local farmers, while the menu has an international theme with flavors and recipes from around the world. According to the new owners, “we love to bridge the gap between our local farmers and community, knowing where our food is coming from. And using foods that are locally sourced provides a higher quality.” The menu will change often and will be posted on the Holla Facebook page for daily offerings. The farm to table restaurant is a growing trend nationwide, and Manitowoc residents were enthused about the addition to the downtown scene. Holla has been booked full every night with reservations! People will love the cozy, inviting atmosphere and the from scratch flavorful food that is passion driven. For reservations or questions, contact Holla at (920) 717-0482.
