3 Civil Lawsuits Filed In Downtown Sun Prairie Explosion

Three civil lawsuits were filed Thursday in connection with the fatal explosion in downtown Sun Prairie last summer.  The suits were filed on the same day local officials said no criminal charges would be forthcoming.  The suits were filed by Abby Barr, the widow of Cory Barr, and firefighters Ryan Welch and Greg Pavlik.  Cory Barr was killed in the July accident and Welch and Pavlik suffered injuries.
