Manitowoc Winter Parking Ban Lifted

Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels has lifted the city’s parking ban effective immediately until midnight January second. Nickels says this has been done previously to allow parking on the streets over the holiday season when family and family and friends are in town. He adds that the ban may be reinstated at any point if inclement weather occurs.
