50 year old Manitowoc resident Kyle Kirby has been arrested yet again, marking the third time in the past 30 days. Kirby was first arrested on November 20th after he was caught snooping in a neighbor’s home, and again on December 10th after he broke one of his neighbor’s glass sliding doors. This time, Kirby was wielding a large knife outside an apartment complex Wednesday afternoon. Police were called to the apartments on Cedar Grove Drive at around 4:00 PM, when residents reported that Kirby was pacing with the knife. He placed the knife in a garbage can near Meadow Lanes North, and was arrested without incident. Police are recommending charges of Disorderly Conduct, and two counts of Bail Jumping.
