A 63-year-old Eau Claire man is going to prison for four years for his latest in a long series of drunken driving convictions. Bradley Armstrong has been found guilty of operating while intoxicated 16 times in cases dating back to 1989 — in three states. He will be on extended supervision after he gets out. Eau Claire County Circuit Court Judge John Manydeeds called Armstrong a dangerous person at his sentencing hearing, saying the number of convictions was “staggering.”
