Waterford Woman Will Serve 1 Year For Hitting Husband With Car

A Racine County Circuit Court judge has sentenced a Waterford woman to one year in jail, followed by seven years on probation.  Thirty-two-year-old Terria Rudzinski was drunk when she hit her husband with a vehicle while they were arguing.  She pleaded no contest to hit-and-run involving great bodily harm.  Jason Rudzinski was in a coma for more than five months and he remains severely disabled.  His mother has filed divorce paperwork on his behalf and is fighting for custody of the couple’s daughter.
