Milwaukee police say two men are in custody for allegedly attacking a county bus driver. The incident started November 19th when the bus driver says 17-year-old Jaquon Lampkin and 23-year-old Terrell Poe got on his bus without paying. Poe is accused of hitting the 67-year-old driver in the eye with a broomstick. The driver says Lampkin pointed a handgun at him. Both men have made initial court appearances and Poe is charged with aggravated battery. Lampkin faces three charges, including disorderly conduct.
