A preliminary hearing for a man who tells police he drugged and raped his girlfriend has been set for next Monday. Twenty-year-old Edgardo Nieves walked into Waukesha police headquarters last week and confessed. He faces four felony charges, including false imprisonment, sexual assault and administering a dangerous drug. He told police he drugged the woman and had sex with her while she was unconscious at least 10 times. Nieves says he stopped her from leaving when she tried to escape.
