A Sauk County Circuit Court judge has signed off on an order requiring a competency exam for a man accused of starving his son to death. Both the defense attorney and the prosecutor agreed with the request. Forty-nine-year-old Kehinde Omosebi of Reedsburg faces more than 27 years in prison if convicted on a felony charge of child neglect causing death. The 15-year-old victim’s mother faces the same charge. Investigators say the family had been fasting for weeks when the son died in September.
