Western Wisconsin authorities say a Minnesota man told them he was driving home to kill his parents when he got into a fight with another motorist in Somerset. Thirty-three-year-old Marshall Bullis was arrested November 21st. A woman and a St. Croix County Sheriff’s deputy were injured. It took three deputies and a Somerset police officer to bring Bullis under control. His parents told investigators Bullis had been off his medication for bipolar disorder for about two months when he called them and said he needed to kill them.
