The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says a 38-year-old woman finally surrendered after a six-hour standoff which started early Tuesday. Deputies were told Kezia Cheree Haffery had cut a man’s face when she hit him with a beer can. The man left the house, went next door and called 9-1-1, saying the woman had a gun. Haffery didn’t respond to multiple efforts to contact her. When SWAT team members broke a window and tossed a cell phone inside, she came out. She’s been charged with multiple offenses, including recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct while armed and battery.
