A suspect is facing kidnapping, reckless endangerment and multiple vehicle theft charges after a Thanksgiving night rampage in northeastern Wisconsin. The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office says it started when a vehicle rammed the back of an Appleton Airport public safety truck on Highway 96 in Greenville. Deputies say the suspect then stole a pickup with a 13-year-old girl and a rifle inside. The girl was dropped off at a gas station unharmed and was able to help authorities find the stolen truck with her “find my phone” app in the Town of Dale. Investigators say the man stole at least one other vehicle and was in possession of methamphetamine.
