The U-S Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board will hold a public meeting in Superior next month concerning the explosion and fire at the Husky Energy refinery. People attending will be allowed up to three minutes to make comments. Board members plan to offer an update on its investigation. The April 26th explosion and fire injured three dozen people and forced the evacuation of most of the residents of Superior.
