A party in Green Bay had to go on without any drugs after a woman was arrested for carrying cocaine. The officer was sitting on I-43 at County Road CL at around 5:15 AM on Sunday morning, and clocked a vehicle traveling at 93 MPH. He initiated a traffic stop, but the driver did not initially stop. After the officer activated his siren, the vehicle did pull over. A pair of officers approached the vehicle, and one of them noticed the smell of marijuana, and saw some small pieces of marijuana on the passenger side. The officers asked the driver and passenger to exit the vehicle, and empty their pockets. The driver, an 18 year old woman, reluctantly pulled out a baggie of cocaine, and admitted to officers that she was on her way to Green Bay for a party. She was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver.
