The Milwaukee Brewers have filled the final three positions on the coaching staff with the announced hirings of hitting coach Andy Haines, pitching coach Chris Hook and bullpen coach Steve Karsay. Haines hiring was unofficially released earlier. He comes to the Brewers from the Chicago Cubs. Hook has worked in the team’s minor league system for the last 11 years and Karsay has been a Triple-A pitching coach for the Cleveland Indians for the last three years. The Brewers also announced Jason Lane will return as assistant hitting coach and Scott Barringer will become the head athletic trainer.
