A charge of first-degree reckless homicide has been filed against a Milwaukee woman in a fatal shooting last week. Misti Kruchten is also charged with use of a dangerous weapon in the gunshot death of Elaina Rookard. Officers say Rookard was lying face down on the street when they arrived the evening of Sunday, November 11th. Krutchen reportedly put her hands in the air and told the officers: “It was me. The gun’s right there. The two women had engaged in a physical fight over a man before the shooting.
