The Green Bay Packers decided to punt on fourth-and-two with more than four minutes left and never got the ball back in a 27-24 loss at Seattle. A fast start gave the Packers a 14-3 lead, but they couldn’t hold it. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 332 yards and linebacker Kyler Fackrell had three sacks in the defeat. Fackrell spoke about his good day.
Green Bay is winless in five road games this season and 4-5-1 overall. The third loss in the last four games puts a dent in Packer hopes for post-season play. Coach Mike McCarthy says the team now has a huge uphill battle.
Rodgers was asked if there was any hope for the season.
They were taking on the Seahawks with four starters sidelined by injuries.
