The Manitowoc International Relations Association will be gathering this evening in the 1st floor Conference Room in City Hall. At their 5:30 PM meeting, the group will be recapping the 2018 delegation to Kamogawa Japan, as well as preparing for the scheduled delegation from Manitowoc’s sister city.
