A man wanted for the sexual assault of a woman in Green Bay was finally found after an international manhunt found him in Laos. 28-year-old Jimmy Choumemany was extradited to the States earlier this month, and is being held in the Brown County Jail on a $500,000 bond. Security cameras captured the assault back on July 22nd, in which Choumemany approached the woman in an alley, knocked her over, assaulted her and fled the scene. Lieutenant Rick Belanger of the Green Bay Police Department says that the authorities in Laos helped the U.S. Government find and arrest Choumemany. He is now facing charges of 1st degree sexual assault and use of a dangerous weapon.
