A federal judge has sentenced a gun seller to three years in prison for selling firearms without a license. Prosecutors told the court one of the gun 68-year-old Thomas Caldwell sold was later used to kill a police commander in Chicago. He had been warned by the A-T-F to stop selling guns before the fatal shooting happened. Commander Paul Bauer was killed February 13th.
