A Milwaukee mother says a hit-and-run driver just changed her daughter’s life and she hopes the person will come forward. Eight-year-old Amiliana Robinson was severely injured when she was hit by a pickup October 24th. Police have told the mother, Amber Robinson, the white truck ran a red light before her child was hit, then drove off, leaving her lying in the middle of the street with a fractured skull. No arrests have been made, but Milwaukee police are looking for possible surveillance video as they try to track down the driver.
