The Iowa County District Attorney will have his driver’s license revoked for seven months and will have to use an ignition interlock device for a year. He was arrested last month when deputies responded to an OnStar emergency alert in Mineral Point. Nelson was found behind the wheel, intoxicated. To avoid a conflict of interest, Grant County authorities conducted the investigation.
