An incident involving a woman who hit a deer while driving in Iowa County has the sheriff warning people to stay in their vehicles after a crash. A department Facebook post says that woman was approached by a man after the accident in the Town of Dodgeville. He told her to come with him and tried to grab her by the wrist, but she was able to close her door and lock it. He left the area. The Facebook post advises drivers to stay in their vehicles with the doors locked when possible after they have an accident.
