The City of Manitowoc will be holding two meetings today. First up at noon, the Rahr-West Art Museum Board will gather at the museum, but do not have any items of note on their agenda. Then at 4:00 PM, the Community Development Authority will convene in the 1st floor Conference Room in City Hall. They will be entering a closed session to discuss the responsible party letter the CDA received from the DNR regarding 1512 Washington Street.
