A sophomore at Boyceville High School has returned to class after a suspension for wearing a sweatshirt bearing the likeness of a Confederate flag. Jonathan Dinsmore wore the sweatshirt while the school was celebrating its homecoming. Several students wore similar clothing, but Dinsmore was the only one who refused to remove the symbol of the Confederacy when he was asked. His family says the flag stands only for their Southern pride, history, and heritage. Dinsmore says it was the first time he has ever been suspended.
