An 18-year-old Dubuque woman is among five Iowa suspects charged with trying to pass fake money at a Wisconsin store. Mikhayla Rose Shaffer and four other teenagers were arrested at the First Capitol Mini-Mart in Belmont. Their car was stranded in the store’s parking lot with a flat tire. The four juveniles were released to their parents. Shaffer is being held in the Lafayette County Jail pending a court appearance for trying to pass the counterfeit 100-dollar bills.
