Officials with the Wisconsin Elections Commission are warning potential voters about mailers they might receive which contain incorrect information. The mailers from the Center for Voter Information include absentee ballot applications and pre-paid envelopes. Some of the mailers have the wrong address for the clerks and the deadline information is called confusing. A spokesperson for the W-E-C doesn’t anticipate charges or sanctions, saying the mistakes aren’t malicious.
