A forensic autopsy shows a 69-year-old Illinois man drowned earlier this week when he suffered a medical event. William De Wees was found floating at his lake cabin Wednesday afternoon. The autopsy determined he accidentally drowned after suffering a cardiac episode. Evidence at the scene suggests De Wees was working on the dock at his cabin near Land O Lakes when he collapsed and fell into the water.
